Refund Policy

Everything sold on 极光 JRG Light is digital and arrives as soon as your USDT or USDC payment is confirmed on the blockchain (TRON for USDT, Ethereum for USDC): credits land on your account and VIP starts at once. For that reason purchases are normally final. We put things right in these cases:

• Your payment went through but nothing arrived. If an hour after the transfer was confirmed you still have no credits or VIP, write to [email protected] with the amount, the time and the transaction hash. We look it up and either deliver what you bought or return the money.
• You sent a different amount. A transfer that matches no order is not lost: we hold it, and on request we credit it to your account or send it back.
• You paid twice for one order. The second payment is returned in full.
• A fault on our side kept you from using what you paid for: we refund the part you could not use, or add the lost days to your VIP.

Refunds go back in the coin and on the network of the payment (USDT on TRC20 or USDC on Ethereum) to the address it came from, less the network fee, within 7 days of our answer. A payment sent on a network other than the one shown at checkout (for example USDT on ERC20) cannot be matched automatically; write to us and we help where we can. Credits you have spent and VIP days you have used are not refunded, and neither are accounts closed for breaking the Terms.
